After hearing about Ara from previous brides, and after seeing some of her work on her website, I was very keen on hiring Ara for my pre-nuptial pictorial and wedding day. My decision in selecting Ara as my hairdresser and makeup artist was confirmed a great decision after finalising my reservation with her. Upon finalising with Ara, we exchanged messages and communicated through emails, chat, text, and phone calls. She has excellent communication skills, which gave me peace of mind - that she is serious about her profession. Ara did a wonderful job in doing my hairstyle and makeup. I received nothing but compliments during my pre-nuptial pictorial, and most especially on my wedding day. Ara made sure that I got the look I want, and made sure that she did it perfectly. Her services and skills were more than I expected. I was extremely happy with her work. Thanks to Ara, I will remain beautiful forever. |
Ara is unquestionably one of the best suppliers that we booked for our wedding! We never, as in never, had any problems communicating with her. First of all, she was very punctual all throughout; during meetings, trial makeup and she was very early during the big day itself! She is also very easy to talk to.. she replies to text msgs and emails immediately, and she's super friendly. =) She also has this bubbly personality that makes u and everyone feel very relaxed and calm despite the pressures of the wedding. And lastly and most importantly, she did a terrific job during the wedding day, not only on me, but also on my mom and my sis. She will definitely make u look naturally beautiful! =) I really can't imagine getting someone else for my HMU and I'm very happy that I made the right choice with her. shaps lim | 3.13.08 I'm not a fan of make up, so I was dreading going through all these trial hmuas for my wedding. My friend recommended Ara, and the rest, as they say, is history. I booked her the day after my trial (I wanted to book her the day of my trial, pero parang masyadong eager, so I decided to wait a day, hahaha) without trying other make-up artists. I did this for the following reasons: (a) she's good at her craft - she gave me exactly what I wanted - make-up without the make-up look - and I didn't feel like I had a ton of gunk on my face; (b) she's extremely nice - she's very friendly and will amuse you with her stories; (c) she was very honest and told me what looked good on me and what didn't - hindi niya ako binobola; and (d) she's very professional - she replied immediately to all my queries, and showed up in my house ahead of time. Come wedding day, Ara did not disappoint. She was at the hotel by 8am, straight from another wedding that morning. She was tired, you can see it, but she was still working hard and making sure that we looked our best that day (she also did my mom, my sister, and my maid-of-honor's make-up). She even stayed with me until the reception (I kept on telling her na nga to go home to sleep) just to make sure I was okay. I'm really glad I booked her for my wedding, and I'll be sure to book her in my next (hahaha) :) |

I was the type of bride who would like to work hands-on on my wedding preparations. So even though I was out of the country, I really tried hard to search for the wedding suppliers who can deliver what I want (thanks to the power of technology). Fortunately, I came across Ara’s website. Just by browsing through her credentials and testimonials, I already liked her. Moreover, she replied to my email queries very promptly – something that I didn’t get from some other suppliers that I emailed. Merely relying on my instincts, she was actually the first supplier that I booked for my wedding day… and I have no regrets in doing so! She initially did my make-up for our pre-nup shoot and I received a lot of comments on how great I looked in our pictures. Mukha daw akong artista! =) On our wedding day, she didn’t do any less. She made me look exactly how I wanted to look – very natural. I really felt that I was the prettiest girl that day. My aunts and cousins were telling me that I already looked liked my mom, which is very flattering because my mom was really beautiful. Thanks so much Ara! Ara is one of the superb suppliers that God blessed us with on our wedding! She did great wonders to make me look Rosa++ - the enhanced version of the usual casual me!J Ara didn’t make me look differently as I always would after I’ve been made up because of my chinita eyes. She didn’t make me look like mataray either. I didn’t lose weight before the wedding what with all the get-togethers but Ara was able to conceal my double chin somehow! Instead, Ara was able to enhance my best features and boost whatever natural beauty I have with her prowess.Not only did Ara make me a beautiful bride with how I look but to top it all, she also made me FEEL prettiest on my most special day – ‘Picture Perfect’ indeed!!
